After months of planning, construction has officially begun on Quarz Avenida, the new residential development by AVC Construcciones at the heart of Avenida Argentina 794. Work has started with the foundation phase, the first step in a project that will redefine the profile of this downtown Neuquén corner.
The project comprises 121 one- and two-bedroom residences, ranging from 50 to 170 m², designed for an urban, connected lifestyle without giving up the calm of a residential neighborhood.
A project designed for the city
Quarz Avenida grows out of a simple idea: high-rise living can be uncompromising in its design and, at the same time, generous toward the city. Its location — facing the avenue’s park and tree-lined promenade, steps from shopping centers, the university and the city center — connects it to the entire region.
We don’t build stand-alone buildings: we think about how each development sits within its surroundings and how it will be lived in twenty years from now.
What’s next
The coming phases include the structure and podium, on which the 23 residential floors and the 23rd-floor amenities will rise: a multipurpose room with panoramic views, gym, pool and coworking. Delivery is scheduled for December 2028.
